Rent a private numberMexico simplified domestic dialing so fixed and mobile numbers use a unified 10-digit national format. For international presentation, use +52 followed by those 10 digits. This is important because older instructions found online may still describe prefixes that are no longer part of the current dialing method.
Before Mexico’s dialing reform, international calls to Mexican mobile numbers used an extra 1 after +52. The IFT removed that distinction. Current international formatting uses +52 plus the 10-digit national number for both fixed and mobile destinations.
Choose a live +52 entry, copy the full number, submit it to the sender and open the public inbox to check the result. MyTempSMS inventory is dynamic, and a listed number may be public, rental or code-locked, so always review the current access type.
The unified dialing format makes fixed and mobile dialing simpler, but it does not mean every displayed number has the same underlying service type. MyTempSMS does not guarantee a number is mobile, SIM-based, VoIP or non-VoIP unless verified details say so.
Correct formatting only solves the dialing-format part of verification. The sender may block shared numbers, reject a reused range, apply regional account checks or never send the SMS. If a code does not arrive, another current number may work, but no platform-specific success is promised.
