Rent a private numberThe Ministry of Digital Transformation’s 2025 ITU update continues to list Ukrainian numbering resources with nine-digit national significant numbers. In international form, use +380 followed by the nine-digit national number rather than carrying over the domestic trunk prefix.
A July 2025 ITU update records NDC 790 as a nine-digit non-geographic resource for mobile communication network services. This is useful evidence that Ukraine’s numbering space continues to evolve, so old prefix lists should not be treated as permanently complete.
Select a current +380 number, copy it exactly, request the message and open its inbox. Public choices are free and shared. A number can later rotate out of inventory, so it should not be treated as a durable recovery contact.
The national plan defines service uses for number resources, but MyTempSMS does not translate that into a guarantee of current carrier, SIM, VoIP or non-VoIP status. Number portability and service implementation can make prefix-only assumptions unreliable.
A sender can block public numbers or repeated attempts, and routing conditions can vary. If the code does not arrive, verify the full +380 format and current number status before trying another option. No platform-specific success rate is promised.
